Privacy notice
A short version of what happens to the information you give this assessment. No legal padding.
What the assessment collects
Your answers are held in your own browser while you work through the questions, so you can go back and change them. They are not sent anywhere until you ask for the detailed report.
If you request the detailed report
We ask for your name, clinic name, email address and, optionally, a telephone number. We use them to prepare your report, to review your answers ourselves and to contact you about the report. Phone numbers are only used if we need to reach you about the assessment. Your request and answers are sent to our business enquiries inbox at info@outstandingcompliance.co.uk and kept in our staff-only assessment records.
Contacting you, and keeping consent separate
Giving us your email address so we can reply about your report or about individual support is not marketing consent. Those messages are part of the service you asked for. Hearing from us about anything else is a separate, optional choice and only happens if you tick the marketing box on the form.
What we do not do
We do not send marketing emails to you unless you tick that separate consent box, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email we send. We do not sell your details, and we do not use your answers to make an automated decision about your business.
How long we keep it
Submissions are kept so that your answers can be reviewed properly and so there is a record of what was discussed. If you would like your details removed, reply to the email you receive from us and we will delete them.
Who can see your answers
Only authorised Outstanding Compliance staff reviewing assessments can open a submission. That restriction applies to the records themselves, so it holds even if someone guesses or is sent a direct link to a submission. They are not visible to anyone else using this site.
